Content Strategy Package

Content Strategy Package

Tired of struggling with your personal finance content?

Without a strong content plan in place, you’re probably frustrated with your content’s results.

Maybe you struggle to come up with ideas. Your audience doesn’t engage with your new content. Or your existing content stopped getting views long ago.

Maybe you don’t have the time or resources to manage your content on your own.

A content strategy can change all that.

What is content strategy?

A content strategy is a detailed, long-term plan for your content that leverages your current assets and strategically proposes new ones.

A content plan gives you a clear blueprint for all your content — ideas for blog posts, articles, infographics, case studies, and more. It tells you exactly what content you’ll create, when you’ll publish it, and how it fits into your overall content strategy.

Your customized plan is built from a detailed analysis of your target audience, your current resources, your competitors’ content, and the opportunities you’re not yet taking advantage of with your content.

Why invest in content strategy and content calendar creation?

A content strategy and well-planned content can help you . . .

♦ BOOST YOUR SEO with valuable content that answers the questions people are searching for

♦ INCREASE TRAFFIC to your website

♦ CONVERT YOUR AUDIENCE — turning more visitors into leads and more leads into customers

♦ BUILD YOUR REPUTATION as a reliable resource and a thought leader in your industry

♦ LEVERAGE YOUR EXISTING CONTENT by reoptimizing and repurposing it

♦ SAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES TIME by answering common questions upfront with valuable content

Once you’ve approved your 3 months of content themes, you’ll receive a done-for-you, 3-month content plan that includes all of this:

♦ On-theme ideas for content tailored to your company’s needs

♦ Off-theme ideas, as needed, to cover one-off topics or make space for reoptimized content

♦ Ideas for repurposing existing content — creating fresh content from what you already have

With your content plan in hand, you’ll have a comprehensive view of your upcoming content that you can share with key stakeholders to get their buy-in.

Plus, when you know what’s coming, you can prepare in advance to round up your writers or SMEs and promote your new content.

How this process works

STAGE 1: Information Gathering

You fill out a content information sheet that shares key information about your business and your current content — your target audience(s), your competitors, where your content can be found, how much content you want to produce, what questions you often get from your prospects and customers, and more.

Tip: Get input from people in your organization who can offer insight into your audience’s needs, pain points, and questions. (Consider agents, advisors, support teams, account managers, etc.)

STAGE 2: Content Analysis & Theme Recommendations

At this stage, I complete the Brand Audit and Competitor Audit. Based on that analysis and the information you’ve provided, I produce a set of recommended monthly content themes.

Once that process is complete, I share the results with you in a report that walks you through the analysis and recommendations.

STAGE 3: Theme Selection

Once you’ve reviewed the content report, you examine the content theme recommendations and choose three — one for each month in your content plan.

STAGE 4: Delivery of Content Plan

Using your chosen themes, I create a three-month content plan that’s customized to your business, your content needs, your themes, and your desired publishing frequency.

Depending on your preferred content formats, that content plan will include detailed ideas for blog posts, resource center articles, infographics, and case studies.

With that content plan, you’ve got a ready-to-go blueprint for your next three months of content!
